Founded in 1961, the Chinese National Orchestra of New York (CMENY) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a long history. The purpose of the orchestra is to promote cultural heritage, support music and art activities, and provide cultural creativity and art-related content to the community. Since its inception, with the efforts and support of several veteran leaders and members, the orchestra has developed into the only large-scale traditional Chinese music orchestra in the United States.
Taiwan Youth Hsinchu Youth Chinese Orchestra has been devoting itself to the promotion of folk music in recent years, sparing no effort to go international. The Hsinchu Youth Chinese Orchestra not only possesses high-level performance skills and rich performance experience, but its orchestra is also known as "the most dynamic and powerful Chinese orchestra" in Taiwan because of its harmonious acoustics and the excellent understanding of its members.
