Hello everyone! I am Saïd Yao, Vice Chairman of the China Culture Promotion Society and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the "Silk Road Canal" Green Finance International Cooperation Forum. From July 3rd to 4th, the 2024 Shanghai Cooperation Organization Council of Heads of State will be grandly held in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. After 23 years of joint efforts, the SCO has become a regional security barrier, a bridge of cooperation, a bond of friendship, and a constructive force.
